Rosie Stewart - Administrator

I have a 7-year background in healthcare, driven by a genuine passion for helping others. I spent five years working at Ipswich Hospital before moving into community care, supporting elderly individuals in their own homes. Throughout these roles, I developed a strong understanding of the importance of both physical and mental health, and I have always been committed to supporting people in both areas.

Having experienced anxiety and PTSD from a young age, I have gained valuable personal insight into mental health. Supporting others has not only been rewarding, but has also helped me better understand my own challenges, as well as those faced by the people I work with.

I was first introduced to My Life in 2017 as a Business Development Manager, contributing to the growth of the Student Life project. In 2025, I rejoined the organisation, working across both the Unlock My Life project and the Brain Smart primary school transition programme.

I strongly believe that mental wellbeing is still not talked about enough in our society. It is a privilege to work alongside such a dedicated team, all striving to make a positive difference and to help normalise conversations around mental health, reducing the stigma associated with sharing our struggles and worries.
